The goal of the Peake Fitness 8-Week Challenge is to lose body fat while building strength and muscle through consistent training and nutrition habits.
Each participant will receive:
• An 8-week workout program
• Macro-based nutrition guidance
• Equal eligibility to compete for prizes
CHALLENGE DATES
Start Date: June 15th
End Date: August 10th
Final results and prize winners will be announced approximately one week after the challenge officially ends.

All participants must complete beginning and ending measurements/check-ins to qualify for prizes. Peake Fitness reserves the right to verify results and measurements before final winners are selected.
